Overview
This is a clinically focused session for ARNPs who seek to hone their expertise in diagnosing and treating cluster headaches in adults. The presentation will begin with the diagnostic criteria and key clinical features of cluster headaches in adults. Cluster headaches are one of the most commonly experienced non-migraine headache disorders and are highly disabling, but newer treatments have emerged. Clinicians should expect to cover diagnostic workup, differential diagnoses, and evidence-based acute and preventative treatment options.
