Please join us for our monthly dinner with guest speaker, Dr. Julie Khlevner understanding and managing IBS in pediatrics.  

Julie Khlevner, M.D., is the Director of the Pediatric Gastrointestinal Motility Center and Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Khlevner is dedicated to the mission of improving children’s health and is committed to advancing the science of gastrointestinal motility and functional gastrointestinal diseases, with a passion for giving children a better chance at a healthy childhood and a fulfilling life.

•Understand the ROME IV Criteria for diagnosing
pediatric irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
•Recognize the current concepts in pathogenesis of
irritable bowel syndrom
•Understand the role of dietary and pharmacologic
treatment in childhood irritable bowel syndrome
