Houston NAPNAP provided snack bags for preschool-aged children with Kids Meals, Inc

The chapter served their community by partnering with Kids Meal, Inc. This nonprofit delivers free healthy meals directly to the homes of Houston's hungriest young children. Our NAPNAP community co-chairs organized fundraising for food purchases and snack bag decoration with colorful designs and cheerful messaging. We gathered together and filled 109 bags with nutritious snacks and delivered them to Kids Meals, Inc so they can be distributed to Houston’s hungriest preschool-aged children. Several members even had their children decorate some paper bags.

A big thank you goes out to our community co-chairs, Christi and Donalee, who organized this volunteer activity, our members who contributed towards purchasing food supplies and also those who assembled the snack bags.
