Volunteers needed for UTMB Back to School Fairs

UTMB  School Fair Volunteer Opportunities

Saturday, August 7th

Dickinson Famers Market on the Bayou, “Back to School”.

 

9AM – 10 AM Set-up  (can stay longer if they want)

10 - 12 PM   (one volunteer)

Noon-2 PM  and breakdown (one volunteer)

 

Address:  4512 Highway 3, Dickinson

(The market is located in a big quadrangle field behind Rogers diner, across the street from City Hall near the intersection of Hwy 3 and 517).

Parking:   There is vendor parking along the Hwy 3 side – they should have a designated area for vendors to enter from hwy 3. If our volunteers choose to park along the south side, then they can have the option of moving their car later. There should also be plenty of other volunteers out there to help carry your materials in, if needed. Our booth will be co-located with the Festival of Lights vendor.

 

Saturday, August 14th

TANGER Outlet, Texas City, “Back to School Event”

(one volunteer per shift)

11 AM set-up – 1 PM

1 PM - 3 PM
