NAPNAP 50th Anniversary Emerging Leaders- Houston Chapter

LET'S CELEBRATE!!

As the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners prepare to celebrate 50 Years as the leading organization focused on Pediatric Education and Advocacy for Children, the organization took time to recognize emerging leaders in both local chapters and special interest groups.  Chapters leaders and Special Interest Groups leaders were challenged with identifying a member who contributed to the 50 Forward theme of the organization leading into the 50 Year Anniversary.  The Houston Chapter was honored to have 3 current Board Members chosen to be recognized at the 50th Anniversary Gala and Awards Reception being held in March 2023 as Emerging Leaders.  Current Houston Chapter President, Jennifer Mauney was selected by the Children in Disasters SIG, Current Houston Chapter Treasurer, Traci Gonzalez was selected by the CYSHCN (Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs) SIG and Current Houston Chapter President Elect, Schnese Williams was selected by the Houston Chapter leaders to be honored at the first NAPNAP Gala!   Please congratulate these current board members on their recognition and stay tuned for their upcoming projects which helped them earn these recognitions.  To see all of the Emerging Leaders throughout NAPNAP please visit www.
